Osmosis Roots & Reach is a new nonprofit initiative born from the legacy of 40 years of Osmosis Spa Sanctuary. Rooted in the sacred landscape of Freestone, Sonoma, our mission is to expand access to healing through inclusive, nature-based programs.

Osmosis Roots & Reach exists to deepen the connection between land, people, and healing. Through immersive retreats, community workshops, and collaborative partnerships, we seek to restore wellbeing, protect place, and amplify voices historically excluded from the wellness landscape.

Our vision is a future where all people, regardless of background, can feel connected, restored, and empowered in nature. We are launching with the support of our Founding Circle and community partners.
Osmosis Roots and Reach will offer sliding-scale community retreats, mental health and & resilience workshops, partnerships that center equity, land stewardship, and wellness.
